How do you break out of a rut?

Question:

Phil, how do you break out of a rut? I started entering one with my old career in late 2019(which might’ve been the worst possible timing to enter a rut), which was later compounded with a worldwide pandemic and a multitude of social justice issues… I feel like I’m fighting multiple battles and each one feels like the enemy looks completely different. I’m so very tired of fighting.
